ARTMAGEDDON, the World's Biggest Free Art & Music Festival, returns to Brooklyn for an entire month of creative ecstasy, culminating in a transformative day of celebration and creative freedom on September 27, 2026. Now with its eighth festival, ARTMAGEDDON expands the Artmageddon Collective's six-year mission: to make Brooklyn the most inspiring place in the world to live & work by bringing people together through shared acts of imagination, expression & joyful participation.

Each year, the Fence Show transforms the Museum’s front lawn into an outdoor gallery featuring local artists and craftspeople. See and purchase paintings, ceramics, prints, jewelry and textiles and take something original home from this longstanding festival.

The First Art Lab Faculty & Student Exhibition is on display to the public September 19 – October 25, 2026. Showcasing artwork from Art Lab’s Faculty and Students that attended classes this year. Including a variety of works such as paintings, drawings, prints, photographs, sculptures, mixed media, and more.

Since 2013, the New Jersey Punk Rock Flea Market (formerly the Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market) and its family of events have established themselves as some of the most dynamic, delicious and family fun-filled events of its kind on the Beast Coast. As the country’s largest DIY Convention and Marketplace, the NJPRFM welcomes 100’s of artists and DIY Sellers from more than 30 states at each of our events along with the regions most delectable Food Trucks, amazing Celebrity Guests, On-Site Tattooing, Classic Pop Up Arcades, Pop Up Art Galleries, Live Music, DJ’s and more fun than you can shake a faux hawk at!

Since 1983, hundreds of thousands of New Yorkers and visitors from across the country — and around the world — have headed to the Coney Island shore for Coney Island USA’s annual Mermaid Parade.

Inspired by the Coney Island Mardi Gras parades of old, the Mermaid Parade was transformed by its participants into a new kind of community celebration. By the late 1980s, it was at the top of every list of “must-do” things in New York, and is, without question, the official opening of summer in the city.

Starting in 2006 with 3,000 people and less than 30 breweries, the original Atlantic City Beer Festival or "Celebration of The Suds" was born. Over the past 20 years, our event has undergone countless changes, added innumerable breweries to the roster, and to date has seen nearly half a million people!

Darkside New Jersey Art & Oddities Market invites you to a sinister celebration of the strange and macabre. Spawned from the legendary Trenton Punk Rock Flea Market—the birthplace of the nationwide DIY flea movement—this eerie festival offers vendors selling taxidermy, preserved specimens, occult-inspired items, funeral curiosities, and more. Here, the peculiar and the grotesque are for sale, with everything from handmade dark art to vintage medical tools, drawing those with a taste for the uncanny.

The Westerleigh Folk Festival returns for the 18th year on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 from 11am-7pm! WestFest is an all-day music and arts festival that features live music, vendors, children's activities, and more!

We’re celebrating three years of confetti soaked sideshow shenanigans with Coney Island’s favorite goofballs by taking a surrealist journey through television and popular culture - live onstage at House of Yes. See sword swallowing, fire breathing, acrobatics and other danger arts, shown through the lens of Game Shows, True Crime, Romantasy, Saturday Morning Cartoons, and more!
